Major Changes for the Army ROTC OML Model-Article

I don't remember where it is, but somebody posted a link last year to the form the PMS fills out (it might have been in a slide deck). It is huge form where the PMS marks a cadet's participation in extra curriculars, by academic year. Somehow the computer then generates OMS points for those extra curriculars (athletic, language, foreign cultural exposure, participation in student government, etc.) based on how the PMS filled out that form. And each category of activity has a certain number of points available for each academic year in which the cadet participated in that activity.
