My official high school transcripts just got in on October 20th. The deadline for submissions for nomination consideration was October 15. There was no way to rush the transcripts, it was done by the district, not the school. My new SATs just got in to.

I know a deadline is a dealine, but do to my circumstances, will they consider allowing me to hand it in now?

As far as the transcripts, call up the office and explain your situation. I know that all of my nominating committees allow me to submit updated information like SAT scores at the interview, so you might be able to do the same if they won't accept them now.

Send them in - can't hurt. Might be a good idea to call and tell the MOC staffer that it's coming - explain the district prepares the transcripts and you found out they are now ready, late. Explain the situation - staffers are human! Yes, a deadline is a deadline but if you requested it timely and the district was slow to respond - quite possibly the MOC staff will give you the benefit of the doubt on this one. At the very least, it is worth a try. As a courtesy, I would recommend calling and explaining it instead of just mailing it though.

They heard my story and they took them. Thanks for the help guys.
