March Appointments

I know that the majority of the appointments left will be offered out sometime in March.

I was wondering if there was a more specific time frame, like the first week, or second week?

I have to pay for AP tests by March 11 and I would want to know whether or not I have I have been accepted before I fork up 86 dollars for a test that might not be benificial at the Academy.

March is rolling...it is not like traditional colleges where they say release date is March 1; everyone gets an answer that day.

Instead, some will find out i.e. March 1, some March 8th, some the 15th and some the 22nd...notice i.e., I do not want anyone to assume those are actual dates.

It comes out in increments, and nobody here can tell you when you will hear.

That being said, take the AP.

You don't know what will happen between now and I day...fall off the school bus that last day of school, break your leg, you won't go because you will be medically DQ for BCT, yet you will want to go somewhere for a yr and that AP could matter.

Always cover every base and what if ?!!!!

86 is expensive, I know, and I get that, but many schools have FA to cover the tests. Talk to your gc if this is an FA issue. Talk to your folks.

Determine if this is really a financial issue, or is it test burn out?

Nobody will blame you for saying lock me in one more room for 4 hours to fill in bubbles/write an essay and I will scream! Everybody has been there, done that and got the t-shirt to prove it.
