Has anyone heard anything about a date for the results of the third board for arotc?

The past two boards have been about 3 weeks after the board meets. Since they meet this week, my best guess is about the 1st or 2nd week in April.

The Last results came out the second Thursday after the board ended so my guess is 30 March.

What are the chances of being accepted for scholarship after 3rd 2017 board for incoming freshman?

If you're not selected on the final/3rd Board then you'll be competing with other non scholarship cadets in your battalion for any campus based scholarships the battalion may have available. Your chance depend on how well you do in school, APFT, ROTC, and whether your battalion has any scholarships to offer.
