March Madness 2014

I have to root for Cal Poly, just because of the sheer awesomeness that they are in it. I might be a UC Davis Aggie, but gotta give props to the underdog.

I know the diehards will scoff, but I will enjoy it while they last. One down:stretcher:...NEXT! :zip:

Bandit and I are in.

This year Bandit chose using tortilla chips. I have noticed a two year trend with him, he likes to chose the Ivy for his selections. He also chose UVA, much to his mom's displeasure. We're a hokie/terp family, so we are not big fans on that fact, but at least he didn't chose NCST.

I am not putting a lot into my mine this year because I have a horrible head cold and the mascots were just not giving me any feelings either way.:shake:

I don't know why, but Bandit is not showing up on the group bracket, so I guess I'll just keep score for him. He has Arizona over Villanova. Final four include Kansas and Witchita

OMG, watching a DAyton's sister being interviewed...so sweet. She has Down's and is an inspiration.

Warren Buffett's $ billion is resting a little more comfortably in his pocket. Only 20% of the world's bracketeers picked Dayton.

Bandit is beating me. I had Ohio to final four, Bandit had them losing to Syracuse next round.
Harvard is the game I am waiting for because he has that as the upset.

Not I ma'am. Who knew Harvard had a real basketball team? The upsets got me today plus NC State blew a won game.

You didn't pick that one Kinnem? OSU tripped me up....should've remembered that at least 1 big ten team ALWAYS loses in the first round (and Iowa lost before the first round....embarassing)

and can we just give mad props to Payne...17 for 17 from the charity stripe today and a career high! go green go white!! :thumb:

With remarkable prescience, I foresaw today's games would bring a number of stunning upsets. Unfortunately for my brackets, they were not the particular upsets I predicted.

Even so, I'm in the top 8.7 million, and not everyone can say that.

OSU and ND State (who?) tripped me up.
I did pick Harvard though. Can't go against Tommy Amaker.

Congrats to 'not a bracket' for perfect picks so far. :thumb:
