OK... for all those keeping count: in regards to the 2015 men's elite 8 - AROTC (8); AFROTC (7); NROTC (4); Academies (0)

Now now Grunt... Not everyone can go to a school with 45,000 undergrads, 1% of whom are future officers.
 
Ha! I actually didn't intend to diss the academies - I was trying to spur some ROTC competition.

But since you bring it up, ND and Gonzaga only have around 8,000 undergrads.
 
Does anyone know of a good sports bar in Key West to watch the Badger game next Saturday?

My son's a badger.....although it busted his bracket, he's pretty excited to see them in the final four (again)

This win did not help my bracket in any way...but can I just take a moment and say:

GO GREEN GO WHITE!!!!

2 B1G ten teams in the final four...take that pundits!

Just killed my bracket. Luckily, I hate baseball so my day is OK…. and my Nashville Predators clinched the playoffs yesterday.
 
Looks like Duke is getting it done again. I think I see the fat lady leaving the stands to warm up.
 
Well, if my quick check is correct, the final 4 has 2 state schools and 2 private schools. Not sure if it is significant, but the update on the ROTC programs represented in the final 4 is AROTC (4); AFROTC (4); NROTC (2). All of these stats are probably meaningless. Three #1's and the Cinderella team: MSU.

I have to root for the Midwest and the big 10 at this point.

And we in the midwest appreciate your support! I am a Spartan alum and my son is a Badger...I'm happy with either team (although more happy if MSU pulls of the upset!)
 
I am in the position of having to root for Wisconsin even though it will blow up my bracket and any chance of winning the SAF Challenge. We went to Scheels this afternoon to get all new Badger gear for our trip to Florida next week. We even bought a Bucky shirt for #1 son's girlfriend (Virginia native) so that she feels like she fits in while we are watching the game. Go Badgers!

If Kentucky and Mich St win next Saturday I win the SAF bracket challenge and all the glory that goes with the title. Duke wins and I am out. I couldn't root for a team called the Blue Devils even though I think their coach is great. I signed up with the name Lazarus for my bracket. I figured my bracket would need a miracle such as life from death to have a chance.
 
My teams to play in the final-
Duke = Krzyzewski = USMA :thumb:
Kentucky = SEC :thumb:
I picked Kentucky to win it all but wouldn't mind if Duke won as I am more of a Duke fan than a Kentucky fan.
 
I'm for which ever team beats Duke.

Um, I am sure there is some type of tradition here where the person who comes in LAST in our little contest collects $20 from each participant, right? I am not even saying we necessarily have to call that person The Goat, but you'd not hear me object.
 
I picked Louisville because they wore Coast Guard stripes in the Armed Forces game in Puerto Rico. Well..... my bracket is SHOT! No repeat for me I guess.
