March Madness

Always go with the dog. :thumb:

If I had known that Tommy Amaker was the Harvard coach, I would have gone with Harvard over New Mexico. Didn't do my homework.

Even though it will totally mess my bracket, I'm going to pull for Harvard to be the Cinderella team. Hope they make it to the Sweet 16.

He is the only on ESPN, we are all on the CBS brackets.

My best sheet had 12/16 yesterday, which is in the 84th percentile, and puts me solidly in a tie for 1,319,904th place.

Same for me..but I had New Mexico in the final 4 so lots of points still to be lost.

Less than 6% picked them in the 1st round and less than 2% in the 2nd.. I didn't know even that many Harvard grads filled out brackets.

And dogs.

I don't even want to think what my cats would do to a bracket if I put it in front of them and asked them to pick teams.
Knowing my cats, I would have to throw it away while holding my nose.

Doh! LaSalle beating KSU.... I'm competing against someone who picked that upset and now all the grief I gave him is coming right back at me....

Picked Harvard. :thumb:

Bracket still busted.
Picked Wisc, K-State, Cincy, and UNLV. :frown:

Stick a fork in me - I'm done. Georgetown was my champion.

Both Mich schools looking good.

I'm picking Oregon to win...

Anyone's bracket not at least somewhat broken at this point? Missed this or would have joined I have 4 brackets on the NCAA Capital One Challenge and all four are pretty thoroughly busted...

I woke up to the exhilarating discovery that I am in the top 7.5 million in the country. Not everyone with a pulse and an internet connection can say that. A large part of my success to date comes from my bold prediction that all four #1 seeds would win their first games.

Had anyone even heard of Florida Gulf Coast before this tournament? I say good for them though. And best of luck to Navy's women who are playing Kentucky today. Go Navy!

My bracket is so screwed up I'm just rooting for underdogs now... especially if I like the team colors and mascot!

I don't care if I do have Florida as my winner, I'm rooting for FGCU all the way.

The most fun team to watch, bar none.

Going into the sweet 16:

440 SAFbuff81 (Indiana)
420 yoyoyusto (Georgetown)
390 19Redsfan (Gonzaga)
360 Luigi5959 (Florida )
360 Rev. H. C. Earwicker (Louisville)

I was looking at the brackets and noticed my rank fell in an instant by 500,000 places. Apparently half a million prognosticators picked Michigan to win. None of 'em on this board.

Heading to the Final Four:

680 Rev. H. C. Earwicker (Louisville)
580 yoyoyusto (Georgetown)
560 SAFbuff81 (Indiana)
480 Luigi5959 (Florida)
470 19Redsfan (Gonzaga)
