Marriage before graduation? Are USCGA students allowed

to marry before graduation? If so, at what point? If so, is there married housing or is the cadet allowed to live off-campus with spouse?

Are cadets allowed to become engaged before graduation?

In either case, do they need permission from the Commandant or someone else?

You can be engaged (in fact, my 3/c is, along with a good number of firsties), but like luigi said you can't be married, or rather, have any dependents, which includes children and the like.
 
It's interesting to see how many of those engagements end before people graduate. You can't be married, have dependents or live off campus.

Every now and then after graduation someone may show up with a kid that was born before graduation day.
