Hopefully not dating myself too much, but we used the Mark I, Mod 0 -- Phone Tree. And if on a ship, the 1MC.

Can we swap out “grizzled veterans” with “sagacious ones?” Grizzled seems to be anti-gray-streaked hair, which we just can’t have here on SAF.

I remember staying in “duty officer bunkrooms” on shore duty. When beepers were used, the tether got longer.
