Mass. nominations?

Yes, Warren is MA-62. So thankful to be considered. Now back to shoveling all of this snow :).
 
USNA rules, no word here from Markey. DS received Warrens nomination through a letter and portal says MA-62. He has a congressional nomination too. I assume no word means no nomination. DS has wanted to attend USMA since he was very young-his Dad was in the Army and I grew up in a military family. We realize MA is super competetive and chances are no great even with two nominations. Just grateful for the slim chance of an appointment at this point. Best of luck to everyone here-it certainly has been a journey! Fingers crossed for many MA appointments!!
 
Best to everyone. Stay safe given our never ending blizzards. School was out for an extra week for my DD making it difficult to finish her application to one of the SA. The mail has been very slow given all the snow. Hopefully, back on track on 2/24 when school is back in session. Still no official word from Sen. Markey but she is not giving up on USNA just yet! Good luck with shoveling everyone!
 
Hoping every day for USMA for DS.
He has been offered 4 year AROTC scholarship, he's overjoyed and honored because his goal is to become an Army officer. So plan B is an amazing opportunity!
Any other MA folks heard yet? He still has a couple friends waiting for third board, USNA and NROTC.
Best to all the MA folks, such strong applicants here in the Northeast!
 
I still haven't heard from Senator Markey. Congressman Kennedy got to me just after Christmas with a nomination to USNA. For those of you in MA-4: I just spoke with Congressman Kennedy's office, they do not rank. His office does not submit principal nominees.
 
No word here yet. Roomates from SLE received appointments this week, TX and CA respectfully. Looking forward to
hearing about MA folks.
 
Have MA MOCS been known to contact students by phone after word of appointment is received at the academies? Thanks in advance .
 
My DD just received an LOA from USNA dated 23 Feb 2015 and she has a nomination from Congresswoman Tsongas and a Presidential nomination. I saw on the USNA Appointment thread that someone from MA-09 (Keating) received an appointment to USNA and USMA. Good luck to all from MA!

I know of one person who received an appointment to USMA but he had both a nomination form Senator Warren and a nomination form Congressman Kennedy.
 
Has anyone received a USNA appointment through Congressman J. McGovern's Office (Worcester) Massachusetts?
