Math and English Importance

I know that for the Naval Academy the most important scores for the ACT are the English and Math scores; for the USMA is this the same?

USMA considers all of the scores including the Writing score, but Math and English will garner a great deal of attention. You're better off with a 33 in Math and 27 in Science than the other way around.

It is my understanding that USNA only considers Math and English scores.

Don't forget that in all states you can take both SAT and ACT, just have to register on your own and test on a Sat.

Some folks do better on a different test, especially essay formats.
