This was a schedule from plebe year to firstie year that I received from an earlier thread. Hope this helps!
I think it also depends on how you test out of Math when you enter

@BobSanderz, it took me all of 15 seconds to find this little gem via the USMA website. Should answer your question well.

Note to SA candidates lurking here: When in doubt, go to the primary source first. Expend a little energy and a little thought. Dig just a little deeper beyond the surface, as much as your smartphone will let you. This simple and basic skill will carry you far should you win offer of appointment.

USMA math is STEM Math and rigorous at all levels and the Math Department does a good job of placing cadets at the appropriate level.

As a general rule of thumb (adjusted up or down according to placement test and standardized test scores):
  • MA100 Precalculus - for those without a strong foundation in Algebra and Trigonometry
  • MA103 Mathematical Modeling/Intro to Calculus - for those with a strong foundation in Algebra and Trigonometry. Many have Calculus up to AP Calculus AB
  • MA153 Mathematical Modeling/Intro to Differential Equations - for those with strong performance in AP Calculus BC or equivalent.
MA 153 is referred to by cadets as "Jedi" math. It is very rigorous and an excellent course for those with strong math preparation.
