National Stop the Bleed Month is a grassroots awareness campaign to reduce deaths from bleeding.
Started in 2017 following the mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, National Stop the Bleed Month has helped tens of thousands of people connect with Stop the Bleed instructors.
While not the official Bleeding Control course Dr Josh Bobko MD, FACEP - USAFA '95 has an online slide deck, First Care Provider, that teaches bleeding control, airway improvement with positioning, respiration improvement with chest seals and controlling exposure to the elements, It's free and only 43 slides.
