There is one more round plus you can earn a scholarship while in Rotc. It isnt the end yet. You will have other opportunities.
 
Keep your chin up. DD had her packet complete and was told she was very competitive by a couple ROOs and has been passed over for both boards. Keep in contact with your top schools PMS/ ROOs and see what they can tell you about your application. She is feeling very defeated at the moment too but is continuing to work other angles and has talked to one ROO about competing for a campus based scholarship if third board is a bust. Check your app to make sure there is nothing extra you need to add and try and stay positive. I know,a tough thing to do today.
