Screwed up my arm and was restricted for 70 days and recovered fully, with doctor giving go ahead to do normal conditions.
A medical determination is still being submitted despite me being able to do everything. Firstly is this normal, and would it just be sufficient enough to submit documents for the profile and the document authorizing me back to normal pt? Thank you!
