Medical Disqualification - Reapplication?

Hello,

I am currently waiting on getting a medical waiver for a condition that I was misdiagnosed with a few years back. I have an LOA and a nomination, so everything else in place. If I reapply, will I be disqualified again, or will all the information carry over and hopefully make the process speedier? Also, if I reapply from enlistment or do ROTC would that help alleviate any concerns? Thanks to all in advance.
