Medical disqualifications question

I was wondering if adhd will disqualify you for a ROTC scholarship? And if you had pediatric seizures as a child but grew out of them by the age of 13 and been released by your Neuro. Dr. with tests been done recently to make sure they are gone for good? What do I need to do if they do offer a scholarship and to be ready for the physical for the dodmerb of his past medical history?
