Medical exam review time frame?

Here is what DoDMERB Contact tab states - Final Note

• “DoDMERB” is our website. 7-10 days after both parts of your examination are complete (optometric and medical), you should log into this website to track your examination status.

I am just wondering if there are others who took the medical and optical exams in mid July 2018 who have received a DoDMERB review of these exams. I am assuming the website upgrade and subsequent delay has led to things still being corrected, but I am not sure. As we all know time is of the essence when it comes to DoDMERB.

DS completed his exams July 10 (optical) and July 17 (medical) and his information on the status of his reviews and submission of the exams is all "goofy." His medical exam is showing it was taken and received by DoDMERB 01 Jan 01 which is strange because he wasn't even born. There is no optical exam showing. Crazy! I have emailed the helpdesk explaining our concern but have not heard anything back as of yet. Any help/insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Same here. I think the Jan 01 is a default loaded into the database. DS received his email on 06 July and this morning (08 Aug), all his status dates updated, indicating receipt of physical on 06 Aug and database entry on 07 Aug. So, hang in there - they seem to be on it.
