I just completed 3 of the 7 forms last night. When will I receive the email from DODMERB to schedule a medical exam?

My DD is applying to 3 academies. She has completed all sections she is able to for USAFA since that is the first candidate packet she received. (waiting for HS to send in forms). She has not yet received DODMERB email. Question - will the exam be applicable for all academy applications? I have read that some c/o 2025 applicants (For other academies) have already received dodmerb instructions.

DS will have three done by tomorrow. Question: if there is no military facility close to where we live, how does that work? Will he be sent to the closest one to have the medical exam? Thank you in advance!!

See link below. In most cases, DOD uses contract providers.
If your DS has not gone to the DoDMERB website, found the home page and worked his way through every menu item on the left side, I recommend it. FAQs, detailed description of the process, workflow, etc. I’ve attached a screenshot of the page. See menu items on left.

USAFA Admissions has NOT downloaded any applicants to DoDMERB yet, when they do, that's when you'll be contacted.
I was downloaded. I was contacted by DoDMERB through USAFA at the beginning of June. I have already completed my exams.

Are you sure it wasn’t USMA? Even then I’m not sure if they downloaded anyone that early.

My son was sent to “local” medical providers. I say “local” as they were 20-30 mikes away, which is a lot here.
