Medical Failure - USMA application closed

Hello, I just looked at my USMA portal and it says that they closed my application due to my failure to become medically qualified. I took my medical exams earlier this month and am awaiting to become medically qualified. Please let me know what I can do to fix this or whether this an error on my file. I finished everything except noms and the medical.

Try posting this in DoDMERB.

Have you tried calling your DoDMERB assigned POC to ask for clarity on what has happened? I would think they are answering the phone now.

Sending a flare up to @MullenLE our resident DoDMERB guru.
 
If anyone has experienced this issue, please let me know because this is so weird. I am very scared and nervous I just lost my application. Please let me know if you can help.

Others will help you when you help yourself. Take Capt MJ's advice and you will find the people who can give you the right answers.
 
Yeah, I contacted Mr. Mullen and hopefully he reaches back with answers soon. I am just very shocked and nervous right now.
