Hello, I am currently a student majoring in Human Biology at UC Santa Cruz and a first-year AFROTC cadet at San Jose State University. I want to pursue a career in the medical field, however, when looking over the medical jobs that the AF provides are all mainly professional and require the individual to have gotten their masters, gone through med school, etc.

After I graduate, I will only have a BS and be commissioning as an officer. What AF jobs are available to me straight out of college, before graduate or medical school?

I'm a retired Army Reserve Nurse Corps Officer; best bet would be as a Biomedical Sciences Officer which includes specialties like Dietary, Lab and Public Health; you can also apply for advanced training programs as a PA or Physical Therapy. You can do a compressed "bridge" program to get a BSN in one year but not sure if the Air Force has a program for that, they do have openings for AFA grads to do that program.
