Medical History Survey Locked Questions + Help

Hello all. I completed my DoDMERB medical history e-survey through DoDMETS some time ago and did not submit it, as I planned to review my answers with my parents before doing so. There are several questions I selected "yes" for that I should not have, though my answers to these questions are locked and I am unable to change them. Moreover, for "Acne", I have normal, untreated, teenage acne and do not understand the nature of the follow-up for that question. For the OTC/Vitamin/Herbal/Nutritional Supplement use, I have taken probiotic supplements and protein supplements in the past, though not routinely. Again, I am unsure if this qualifies for a "yes" answer, and if so, how to answer the follow-up. I have looked for DoDMERB terms that might further explain what each question implies, but have been unsuccessful in doing so.
