Hi, I was doing my Medical History Survey and on question 88 it asks if I've had a sports injury in the past. Initially I clicked yes, but looking back and talking to my parents and Athletic Trainer, I didn't have an injury(I just needed to rest my arm for like 2 weeks). I want to change it back to "no", especially cause I did not go to a doctor to check it out but it is locked on "Yes" right now. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This may sound like a stupid question I know haha, but I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Same thing happened to my DD. She called DODMERB and they said there’s no way to change it and it happens a lot. They said to continue on and after you print it to cross it out and initial it. It’s going to ask you to fill in details of the injury but she just put N/A on everything. Appointment is next week so we’ll see!

Mr. Mullen,

I am experiencing a similar issue. Can I shoot you an email confirming what my next steps should be to remedy the problem?
