DS finally got the email that he is qualified. Just waiting for the BGO to submit his interview. His portal says C-PR, hope that he doesn't have to wait until 4/15, but all good things are worth the wait. Wishing everyone else good vibes throughout this process. Does anyone know if his medical status will transfer directly over to USMA?

Yes, the medical should transfer automatically to USMA at some point. I do know that each institution has their own medical standards so there could be a possibility that you have to complete something for USMA.

Each Academy will make their own decisions about medical qualifications.

each SA makes their own decision about waivers, but they all defer to DoDMERB for initial qualifications. if DoDMERB says you are qualified, then you are qualified for all SAs and ROTC

Fullspeedahead is partially correct...It will transfer automatically "provided" West Point Admissions actually download the applicant for a DoDMERB certification. We get lots of folks that "apply," but are never downloaded.
