My son was treated with human growth hormone (hgh) for short stature for about two years when he was 11-13 yrs and has not been treated with hgh since. He is 5-5. He is physically very strong, and he expects to do well on the CFT. Plays varsity sports and is very athletic. Will this history result in a negative medical, as in a guaranteed remedial or DQ?

I know current treatment with HGH is a disqualification, and if he had a medical condition (other than short stature) that required the HGH, that could possibly be a disqualification.

If he received the HGH just for short stature, and he's been off it since he was 13 I don't believe it will be a disqualification.
