If an applicant had a heart condition, would the academy or DoDMERB even give it consideration? Or would they immediately throw it out even if the applicant was cleared for competitive sports by a cardiologist and exercised regularly ? I know great medical status is essential for the military but would they even look to see if the condition is waiverable? Also, is there a detailed medical evaluation for summer seminar?
