Hello everyone. I'm currently filling out my DoDmerb questionare, and going through my medical records, and my mother and I found a bunch of documents pertaining to me taking albuterol and nasonex for allergies. I stopped seeing an allergist and taking medication in 2011, but there is no document that definitively states that I dont have allergies anymore. The appointments just end in 2011 in the records.
We then saw that my pediatrician put down "sees allergist" on my last check up in 2018, which I dont. This literally hasn't affected me at all since 2011.
What would be the best way to go about this? I know I can try to get that mistake amended, but would I need to get a note from that allergist saying I haven't had an appointment or needed treatment since 2011? I'm worried I'll get disqualified for something that hasn't been a problem in 8 years.
She also put in the notes for the last appointment that "asthma seems to be under control" even though in the previous notes, she never mentioned asthma or diagnosed me with it, so I'm confused about that.
Any suggestions on what to tell dodmerb would be extremely appreciated.
