Medical remedial, dodmets, and options...

I know this is a form about DoDMERB, but I figure it would be alright to ask a question about the DoDMETS site, right?

I got a medical remedial and selected Option 1 (through Concorde) and was given one provider to choose from. I called today and the first appointment they had available was April 30.
Unfortunately, I need to get my exam in before then in case I get disqualifed and loose my scholarship because my merit-based financial aid offers from my school expire on May 1, the next day!

I went back onto the DoDMETS site and tried to find a way to go back to selecting options so that I could try Option 2 or 3 to see if I could get in sooner in one of those. However, I can't find a way to do this! Any website-savy people out there have the answer? It would be greatly appreciated!
 
The Contractor has 30 days to assign a provider.

Make the subject line: "Forums-Matt- Expedited Remedial" "If" U do that, "maybe" we can do something, otherwise, you'll have to obtain the remedial at your own expense to meet your timeline...these costs will NOT be reimbursed.
