Concerning medical remedials: Should the letter of a medical remedial have any special titles on it or information, such as last four digits of social security number, name, candidate number or anything of the like. Is it preferred to be sent 1st class/ priority mail? Finally, How should one address the letter? Thank you in advance.
 
I would ensure that at least the applicants last name and at least the last 4 of the SSN are placed at the top of the remedial. To also make it a little easier for DoDMERB if you want to place the remedial code number on the top as well that will help the reviewer.

It can be sent any way you feel you need to get it there, regular mail, registered mail, any of the overnight services, carrier pigeon. Just address the letter to DoDMERB.
