Medical school?

I've heard that the academies used to discourage candidates from saying they want to go to med school after the academy. I know that very few DO go, only a very small percentage is allowed. Would it lower my chances of getting in if I said I want to be a Medical Corps Officer?
 
Keeping your ulterior motives to yourself would be the best way to play from here. Focus your goals on service and officership.
 
Irrespective of your intentions, approx 10-13 cadets graduate WP and go to Med School. Several more go AFTER fulfilling their initial obligated service:thumb:
