Quick question,
On my portal I received correspondence that my medical status has changed. However, the attached PDF is password protected. Does anyone know what password is needed?

Thanks.

I would try your DODMERB username and password.

Thank you for the response.
I have tried both my USAFA password along with the DoDMERB password and neither of them work.

I received this notice on my portal awhile back as well. You should've gotten an email from the Admissions Team that has the password. Hope this helps!

How long did it take you to get your waiver granted ??

For me, it was about 20 days from the time that DoDMERB DQed me to the time that USAFA granted the waiver. This did include some emailing between me and the waiver reviewer for clarification about something, so it's probably possible to get one processed even faster. However, all of the other accounts I have heard on this site state that their waivers took over a month. I think it just depends on the number/complexity of your DQs. I only had one DQ.

Ok I see. I ask because my account says they reviewed my Additional Medical Information they had requested on the 10th of February. Still haven't heard anything since or seen any status changes. Is this normal? I'm a bit worried since march is right around the corner. Any advice ?

It took 12 days from the time the Academy requested a waiver to when it was granted. As for a time frame, I was an applicant to USMA last year, the entire process did not end until May for me. DoDMERB portal is extremely unreliable if you ask me, it takes forever for them to update your status. Just keep pushing and don't lose hope!
