Medical Waiver Review to Under DoDMERB Review

My current medical status on the DoDMERB website changed from Medical Waiver Review to Under DoDMERB Review. The USMA portal states that my medical status is currently "Remedial". I was recently DQ'd for eczema and meniscus surgery in the last 3 months. I do have an LOA and I'm also a "recruited" athlete. From reading the comments, neither of those things makes a big difference regarding an appointment until I am medically qualified or given a waiver through USMA.

The question I have is this... how do I know when the medical waiver process has begun? Thanks!
