Final decision came in on the DoDMERB website today - disqualification because of the occurrence. Information is being sent over to USNA for Waiver Consideration.
Should I write an email to/call my admissions counselor to explain that I do not have asthma, and that it was a one time occurrence, with no symptoms afterwards?
Just yesterday at our track meet I led/paced the entire 3200 meter, pacing a 5:34 for the first 1600 meters and a 5:10 for the next 1600 meters, so I'm pretty sure I'm in great respiratory shape, especially considering I was barely winded afterwards - it was actually the most fun 3200 meter of my life! Would including this information and sending him a link to my MileSplit and Athletic.net pages (online trackers of official race results/Personal Records over the years) be smart to show that I have had no disruptions in my athletic ability?
