I have received the four year National NROTC scholarship this year but was medically disqualified due to an ankle surgery. I had a minor ankle surgery on my left ankle about 6 months ago, and I only had two ligament reconstructions and a small tendon tear repair. I am fully recovered and have been running everyday with ease, and my doctor and physical therapist have cleared me for high intensity activities as I have a good range of motion and stability in my ankle. I was wondering what my chances are of receiving a medical wavier for my ankle surgery?
