I am 14 years old and i was born with asthma. I am aware of the whole rule where if you stopped being symptomatic after your 13th birthday your fine (i am also aware that you can get a waiver). My asthma is a bit complicated i have not had any major symptoms after my 13th birthday maybe a few minor asthmatic coughs or a week (out of the whole year) where my asthma starts up (very minor). Also my was only triggered by colds not by physical activities. I am just wondering if i would need a waiver of if im fine and should not worry about it.

i have also heard that if you are not taking medication for any medical defect(which im not) it is fine

Probably want to PM Mullen, but for the record, I has asthma symptoms from when I was like 10, still had to get to a waiver, and still get to defend it yearly on the flight physical.
