Medically Incomplete -Covid Form

We just noticed that my sons portal- though it said complete, under medical it said incomplete. He had contacted admissions about it previously and they said it just takes a while to update in the system. Well after doing some digging today, his physical was complete but it said it needed more information- which was a Covid 19 form. We quickly did that form and emailed it to the specified person. Will there be time for this to be updated or will this disqualify him? He's medically fine. He did not need to be seen by a Dr. he just needed to submit this form.
 
For my application, it took dodmerb around 2 weeks to update the covid 19 form and another 2 weeks for USNA to medically qualify me in the portal. I would advise your son to call dodmerb and the usna admissions office as soon as possible.

Had you tested positive for covid or did it just take that long to process for you?
 
OP, I see you have posted this question a few places...if your son has done what is asked of him, then he is good. If he is dealing with DODMERB requested information, then he can reach out to @MullenLE via the DODMERB forum. He is exceptionally responsive.

If USNA wishes to extend an offer of appointment, a missing form won’t prevent that. There will be outreach. They aren’t trying to keep qualified kids they want out. Rather the opposite. So don’t panic. Your son is likely in the spinning wheel (along with everyone else) of Admissions frantically putting in place the last pieces of the class of ‘25 puzzle. Soon, all (MOST) will have a final answer.

Under what system did you find that form was still needed?
