Current is typically defined as occurred in the past 6 months. A few hours is no more than three hours absence from routine activities each cycle. Also note that all past (more that 6 months ago) is qualified.
If dysmenorrhea or just painful menstrual periods. If true, a good response would state that you take anti inflammatories and the condition does not interfere with your normal activities.
