I have 4 DQ's listed on DoDMERB all related to mental health which are all relatively the same issue from the past (around 5 years ago). Is it likely I will be able to get a waiver for these?

No one here can tell you that. You work through the process, responding thoroughly to any requests for AMI.

Waiver policies may differ by commissioning program/service. The waiver authority will make a decision based on policy, precedent, facts of your case and needs of the service.
