Son had some issues with mold exposure, ready to take his medical. He was awarded 3 year last year to U. of Missouri. He did do ROTC up until schools closing. Question is it even possible to schedule a medical now. He had contacted Merbs but not heard back. I realize virus much bigger issue now and medical staff should be dealing with that first. Either way is there a timetable for when he has to medical done since his 3 year would kick in during fall of this year.

thanks very much realize there are much more important things for the medical world to deal with now

Appreciate your patience and understanding :wiggle:

Good morning Mr. Mullen. I hope you’re able to stay put during all of this! Could you tell me if the AROTC WA generally tries to conclude 4-yr winners sooner rather than later? I seem to remember seeing that on the forum somewhere, but I’m curious to know if it’s true. And with COVID-19, do you know if their normal timeline is thrown out the window? THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

FACTS:

1. The Medical part of the WA handles all waiver issues, firstin, first out.
2. The Army is the only one that has a system where it goes back down to the respective Bde Commander to render the waiver decision.
3. If there's a dispute, then it goes to the CG for a decision. :wiggle:

Thank you 🙏🏻.

1. What is the CG?
2. Is the “medical part” = collect all AMIs, make sure all pertinent documents are there. Do they make a recommendation to the Bde Commander?
3. Any way to know where a file is during this process? (Hard to know to commit to an expensive school without knowing the ultimate price tag.)

1. Commanding General
2. Yes
3. I don't have visibility of it. What I would do?? I'd call the number on the offer letter OR the PMS at the school in question :wiggle:
