There are currently around 200 appointees that have registered for MiCare but there portals are showing the MiCare registration is not yet processed. We are working with the Cadet Clinic to resolve the backlog.

Expect a resolution today (hopefully fairly early).

From what we have been able to determine, the primary issue appears to be in the creation of the MiCare accounts (in the MiCare system). To resolve the issue, at least for now, the requirement that the MiCare registration be "processed" has been relaxed. This means that the appointee must still register for MiCare and submit the form stating compliance on their portal but no longer will be held up waiting for USAFA to acknowledge and verify the account actually exists.

Most appointees should now have access to their BCT squadron assignments and reporting times now.
