Mid - Year grade report

Does anyone have an incomplete on the Mid-year grade report on the portal? My daughter sent them two weeks ago. We were told that was the missing piece for Admissions from the coach but haven't heard anything back since we sent it.

my DS had this- call the admissions assistant- I don't remember if they accepted the one my DS sent himself or if they had to get it directly from his high school counselor, but it was updated the day after he called to complete. In the same boat now with his BCA- admissions counselor uploaded it today while we were on the phone but checklist was not updating so she sent a ticket to IT.
