Military Branches "At War" With Each Other - Exclusive on the Military Channel
There have been longstanding battles between the branches that make the current length of The War on Terror pale in comparision.

If you've ever taken part in the Army - Navy football game or been around a bunch of vets, you'll find pride and honor runs deeps and the discussions can get lively.

To celebrate the strengths of the Army, Airforce, Navy, Marines and U.S. Coast Guard, the Military Channel is turning the controls over to the viewers and allowing them to choose what programs they want to see in April. And whichever branch gets the most votes, wins the kickoff on April 1.

Here's what I love about the Military Channel - and before I go on, let me just say I've not been paid to say this - they actually show programs that veterans care to watch; not to mention if you are still in school, this is like the cliff notes for your history class.

In their words,

the Military Channel brings viewers compelling, real-world stories of heroism, military strategy, and significant turning points in history. The network takes viewers "behind the lines" to hear the personal stories of servicemen and women and offers in-depth explorations of military training, aviation technology and cutting-edge weaponry.
This is so true.

So strap on your gear and participate in the battle. Cast your vote at the Military Channel, and whichever branch gets the most votes will win and seize control of the Military Channel on Thursday, April 1 from 8-11 PM (ET). And then plan to make every Thursday night in April a Military Channel night because you were part of picking the line up.

I'm sure that will spell defeat for the service (mine) that makes up ....maybe around 6% of the military.

Maybe, or maybe not! We just need to get a LOT of people to vote.

Does this mean you've officially decided on USCGA over USAFA?

Yeah, if my medical stuff works out I'll go to CGA. But if not, I would be pretty happy with an appointment to USAFA!

You decided on USMA, right?
