Minuteman Scholarship & GI Bill Kicker

Hi Everyone,

I am an SMP CDT in the Army NG, and am receiving the minuteman scholarship for 2 years. I have only gone to ROTC Basic Camp, and not BCT or AIT. Am I eligible to receive the GI Bill kicker?
