Missing goat

Uh oh - I think there is still an MOU among the Academies about messing with live animals, with serious directives about conduct consequences, to ensure their welfare and no bad headlines should something unintended occur.

All those animals are well-tended, regardless of hoof or talon style, but “stuff happens.”

Let’s hope the all in good fun part and conscientious handling minimize risk.

I believe the man on the left is the West Point Commandant. I assume he has it under control!

Superintendent is on the left, Commandant on the right, Dean in center.

Sounds like it is time for a sternly worded letter of some sort. :)

Looks like the goat might be a fake...or at least that's what Twitter says. Apparently, Navy's goats are safe and sound in their top-secret facility. Nothings certain, but this could be a sad possibility.

Please notice the Sergeant Major’s awe inspiring use of Knife Hands. Long banned in the Marine Corps yet very effective at making disrespectful Mids disappear.

Since April 2013. More of a discussion than a policy. Seriously.
‘No more knife hands’. It is considered v impolite.

Then they may want to update that, since I have been knife handed more than once while at the academy.
