MOC nominations timeline?

Good afternoon,
I just received an email from one of my congressman saying that our candidate interviews will be in mid-November, and that all nominations will be announced at the end of December. I was under the impression that, nationally, the list of nominees for each MOC is usually announced around the end of November.

Does late-December seem like a 'normal' time to receive a nomination, or is it a little late compared to other districts throughout the country? My district is Delaware At Large, by the way.

We have one senator that announces his list the last week in December. I don't know about the other 2 from our area.
 
One of my senators announced noms late Dec/early Jan.
 
January 31 is the deadline for MOCs to turn their slates in to West Point.
Some will have theirs earlier than that, some will wait until Jan 31.
