Mr. Mullen: Are waiver AMI results shared?

My daughter was DQ'd for a childhoon allergy that no longer exists. USMA requested a waiver and my DD did a challenge test yesterday that showed she, in fact, does not have an allergy (also did an IgE test that showed no allergies). The doctor is sending in the paperwork attesting to this.

My concern is that she also has DQ's from AROTC and NROTC. Will the results be shared so that all the DQ's can be removed for all?

Compounding my concern, the person assigned to answer questions about my DD's waiver and AMI process said she had not been notified of any waiver and couldn't help (the candidate portal has all the documentation, though).

Thank you for any advice.

Yes.

Not knowing who your DD is not having access as I write this reply, the DoDMERB DQ “may” not be removed. But the other programs may “waive” her DQs.
