For NAPS, do Midshipman candidates typically bring broken in boots with them for indoc? Or are the boots issues to them? If Mid Candidates do typically bring boots that are broken in, which boots are typically allowed?

Boots are issued to them. Priors are usually the only ones who bring extra gear because they already have it.
