NAPS Letter of Authorization to Enlist

My DS accepted the offer at NAPS and we visited our local recruiter yesterday. He reviewed the enlistment package and said we were missing this letter. Has anyone received the letter by email as the checklist suggests? Has anyone received it in the mail?
