Bring extra socks. Seriously. It gets humid there, your feet sweat, you'll run through puddles in the morning, etc., and you'll wanna change your socks at least twice a day.
Also... They say bring all this extra PT gear like your own running shorts, t-shirts, etc. Don't overdo it. They require you to wear their provided gear almost every day. And they give you stuff also, so make sure you have somewhere in your bag that it will fit.
