What should people going to NASS know that isn't told in the information packets? Like about PT or what to bring, etc.
 
One thing that I learned when I got there was while they told you to bring sheets, be sure to bring a blanket at least because it got cold while we were there. I'd also bring one pair of good running shoes that are comfy for when you do your CFA and one to trash because you will be getting wet in your shoes, especially if it rains. That's about all I can remember from when I went, but if I think of anything else I'll give you the heads up. :D Good luck and have fun!
 
Bring extra socks. Seriously. It gets humid there, your feet sweat, you'll run through puddles in the morning, etc., and you'll wanna change your socks at least twice a day.

Also... They say bring all this extra PT gear like your own running shorts, t-shirts, etc. Don't overdo it. They require you to wear their provided gear almost every day. And they give you stuff also, so make sure you have somewhere in your bag that it will fit.

Bring plastic bags for the wet clothes on the way home. Sea Trials are at the end and no time for the clothes to dry before going into the suitcase.
