I applied to NASS on the day the application opened and I still haven't heard back. I know I should know of my status by April 15, but I fear that I might have slipped through the cracks considering the technical difficulties admissions faced in late January/early February. If I still haven't been notified of my acceptance by the 16th should I contact admissions? Or should I contact them now?

They are busy putting the class of 2023 together. My advice is to wait until after the 15th.

If they acknowledged receipt of your application, you are good. Is that the case?? If so, sit tight for a bit. They have a lot going on at the moment as THPARENT said.
